Our diet and the things we supplement are so very important, but they are just 1 piece of the puzzle to our healing! No vitamin regimen can make up for a lack of movement, exercise and stretching in your life. No supplement routine can make up for incredibly high stress and lack of sleep. Specific nutrients can play an absolutely critical role in how we feel, and at the same time, nutrients alone are not all that our bodies need. We have to constantly fight this thing in America where we look for the quick-fix when there is no quick-fix. If we want to be radiantly healthy, we have to make radiantly healthy lifestyle choices day after day after day, patiently building health in our bodies through the decisions we make about how we eat, move, and think.
