We just had our most recent “Eat Well” workshop here at Clearview. These are the principles that I teach each time we have this workshop. I *LOVE* this graph because it allows you to “do the best you can with what you have”, and get a great picture in your mind of how you can go from where you currently are to where you want to be when it comes to food! It’s all about beginning to eat things that are actually food, making improvements and getting as close as you can to the BEST column. Enjoy!
