- Try to sit up straight, with a proper curve in your lower back
- Make sure you’re sitting with legs crossed at the ankle rather than at the knee
- Use a “front-pocket” wallet instead of a thick walled in your back pocket
- STRETCH and/or use a FOAM ROLLER DAILY; especially your hamstrings and upper back if you sit much!
