Detox Drink Recipe   Not sure you’re the type to do a 21-sugar detox or some other type of diet cleanse?  This is something really simple, healthy and safe to do daily!  It contains good enzymes, good bacteria, antioxidants, alkalizing ingredients, balances blood sugar, and can even have blood-pressure lowering effects!  The best way to do it is for 2 weeks, drink it 3x/day about 20 minutes before you eat, then once-a-day after that before breakfast!



  • 1 glass of warm or hot water (12-16 oz.)

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (I like Bragg’s brand)

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed is best)

  • ½-1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)


  1. Warm the water.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Best served warm but drink at desired temperature.
