Something I want for all of my patients is to be aware of simple things you can have on hand to help when something goes wrong with your health. Proteolytic Enzymes or Proteases are small proteins that help diminish inflammation and speed up the healing process. We always want healing to be maximized, which is why as long as a bone isn’t broken, if you have a fall or car accident or sprain/strain—get adjusted ASAP!
