Mental/Emotional Rocks: Unforgiveness, Bitterness, Jealousy, Being too busy, Worry, Fears, Prayerlessness, Shame, Stuffing your hurts, Lack of rest/sleep
Physical Rocks: Sedentary living, Old injuries, Bad posture, Playing one-sided sports, Over-training, Bad Sleep position, Sitting at a computer all day, Muscle weakness (lack of muscle strength), Lack of flexibility
Chemical Rocks: Eating processed foods, Sugar, Vaccines, Skincare, Rx drugs, Chemicals sprayed in the air we breathe, not getting enough nutrients
As we move into 2026, spend time identifying the biggest rocks in your backpack…then begin to deal with them one at a time. You’ll feel better, function better and being able to enjoy life much more!
