- Where do you want your health to be when we arrive to December of 2026?
- What’s working really well right now for your body & your health? And how can you plan to keep it up?
- What is your biggest health priority, in other words—what do you need the most help with regarding your health? Who can you reach out to?
- What habits do you KNOW need to GO from your life? Could be anything: attitudes, mindsets, things that are killing your health, things that are starving your relationships, poisoning your body, etc.
- What healthy habits do you need to commit to either daily, weekly or yearly? Your Health, Your Relationship with God and people, improving your sleep, supplementing things your body needs that you can’t get from food, getting bloodwork done, consistent morning routines, what you’re eating and drinking, things you’re saving money for, budgeting your money wisely, etc.
- Where do you want to go next year, what things do you want to see, what experiences can you afford, but you’ve been putting off?
- What relationships do you want to improve or maintain because they are life-giving to you?
- What people do you want to bless? Has God put anyone or a people group in mind that you could make an effort to bless somehow?
Write it down, make a plan, set some goals, and watch how things change for the better over 2026!
