Have you ever felt completely overwhelmed when walking down the vitamin isle at the grocery store? How do you choose what vitamin is right for you?  Marketing has overtaken the vitamin world and it’s very hard to know what is the most beneficial.  I have a very specific recommendation for a multi-vitamin, and I want to tell you why. I also want to share a checklist you can use to see if the vitamin you’re taking measures up to the highest standards. Synthetic vitamins are those not derived from food nor anything a human would normally eat.  Whole food, naturally occurring vitamins are those in their natural biochemical state; they are in a form that the human body can best utilize and absorb. The multi-vitamin/mineral that I use every day has only naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant from whole foods (i.e. fruits and plants) without any synthetic or “filler” ingredients!  Here are some questions you need to ask about your current vitamin:
